Matcha Cloud Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 60 ml hot water
- 1–2 tbsp mango jam
- Ice
- 180–200 ml coconut water

1. Prepare whisked matcha.

2. Add mango jam and ice to a glass, then pour in coconut water.

3. Gently pour matcha on top to create layered colors.
