Our current processing time is 3–5 business days. We will do our very best to get your order out as soon as possible!
1. Order Processing Time
・Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days from the time of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
・Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping. Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout:
・Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
・Expedited Shipping: Typically delivered within 2-3 business days.
・International Shipping: We currently only accept orders within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at hello_hariousa@hario.com.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, holidays, and carrier delays.
3. Shipping Costs
・Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the shipping method chosen.
・Orders of $50 or more qualify for Free Shipping, which will be shipped via UPS Standard Shipping.
・Please note that this Free Shipping offer does not apply to orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska.
4. Shipping Restrictions
・We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
・We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your delivery on the shipping carrier’s website.
6. Missing or Damaged Packages
・If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue, either by providing a replacement or processing a refund.
7. Address Accuracy
・Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
8. Delivery Delays
・While we strive to ship all orders promptly, delivery times may occasionally be delayed due to weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. If there is a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.
